By downloading, installing, or using Self Attendance Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. User Account

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any actions taken by others with your permission.
• Age Restriction: You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or disrupt the App's functionality or security.
• Do not use the App to store, share, or transmit any illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Do not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Do not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and code are the exclusive property of Self Attendance Pro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our explicit prior written consent.

5. User Data & Ownership

• Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data you input into the App, including attendance logs and salary calculations.
• License to Use: By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
• Data Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the App's settings.

6. Paid Features & Subscriptions

• Free Tier: The App is currently free to use with no hidden charges.
• Future Premium Features: We may introduce premium features or subscriptions in the future. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance.
• Refunds: If paid features are introduced, refunds will be handled according to the platform's policy (Google Play Store / Apple App Store).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data generated by the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Self Attendance Pro and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Self Attendance Pro and its team from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. You access them at your own risk.

11. Termination

• By You: You may delete your account at any time from the App's settings.
• By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the App.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, or internet disruptions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Self Attendance Pro regarding your use of the App, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
